VINIFICATION Starts with soft pressing of the grapes, separating the juice from the skins. Fermentation at low temperature (18°C) in stainless steel tanks, after chilling the wort.
AGEING in bottle for a minimum of three months after fermentation in steel for about 2/3 months on the lees of the yeasts.
TASTING white wine with a strong personality, with a pale yellow color with green hues. The nose is broad, with an intense bouquet reminiscent of flowers, lemon, lily of the valley and green apple. The taste is pleasantly dry, full, harmonious and elegant.
