CONVIVIUM at Donna Selvatica (Neive)

Beautiful reportage from the Wine / Food Blog "CONVIVIUM", which, during its visit to the prestigious "Donna Selvatica" Restaurant in Neive, has combined our Barbaresco DOCG Quarantacinque45 Riserva with Baccalà cooked at low temperature.
They say about our wine:

The name Quarantacinque derives from the mapping.
Garnet in color with ruby reflections, very silky and elegant, on the nose it opens with aromas of dried flowers and not very ripe cassis, to which are added menthol notes and roots, with hints of bark, coriander and ginger.
In the mouth it is characterized by a present but not aggressive tannin well accompanied by a fresh acidity; the finish is broad and warm for the important alcohol.
